Corporate Tohfa is a premium brand under Crown Hill IT Solutions, specializing in customized corporate and promotional gifts, including diaries, notebooks, pens, keychains, bags, mugs, t-shirts, hoodies, caps, mobile stands, and curated gift sets.
By placing an order, the customer authorizes Corporate Tohfa to process the order, prepare customizations, and arrange delivery.
Corporate Tohfa acts solely as a service provider for customized corporate gifting and is not the buyer or seller of third-party products. All transactions for third-party items are conducted directly between the customer and the respective vendor.
2. Delivery
Orders placed processed within 1 week.
Corporate Tohfa is not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to:
- Incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible delivery addresses
- Public holidays, curfews, natural disasters, or government restrictions
- Rejection of the order by the recipient
- Courier company policies
Rejected or undelivered orders returned to Corporate Tohfa may still be chargeable.
Delivery timelines may vary from 4–10 days depending on your location, product availability, and customization requirements.
3. No Return Policy
As all products on Corporate Tohfa are customized with your logo, company name, or personalized details, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Orders cannot be canceled after placement. However, change requests can be made within 2 working hours. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee changes after this time window.
4. Product Availability & Substitution
Corporate Tohfa delivers products as displayed on the website and procured from listed suppliers.
In the rare case that a product is unavailable, the customer will be informed to either modify the order or wait for its availability.
For perishable or time-sensitive items, Corporate Tohfa reserves the right to substitute the product with a similar item of equal or higher value to ensure quality and timely delivery.
